Lyon, 1970. Three sisters, Sybille, 10, wild and artistic, Corinne, 12, serious and responsible, and Georgette, 7, mischievous yet timid, live with their Italian mother who is raising them on her own. The bond between the sisters is strong. However, Sibylle feels like an outsider in the family as she is the only one with blond hair and resembles their father. All that Sibylle has of him is a photo and, over the years, between holidays in Italy and lively celebrations with their Italian relatives in France, Sibylle builds a myth around her father and starts to fantasize about meeting him.
