Young, rich Arthur Lempereur is bored and jaded. For excitement he devises various means for doing away with himself. But they are all flops. So he tries a trip around the world with his fiance Alice, her mother Suzy and assorted other characters. It's no go. By the time the yacht reaches Hong Kong he's bored purple.
There he discovers he has become bankrupt. There's some heavy insurance on him and he discovers he's more valuable dead than alive - to certain parties. This gives him an incentive to live...
