Buenos Aires, 1965. Angel and Nene are professional bank robbers. They're known as the Twins. But they're not brothers. They're lovers. And in the last months, something has broken between them. When they're offered an ambitious coup, they agree on the spot, barely concealing their anxiety. They both hope, secretly, that the job will heal their once perfect association.
But nothing works as it should. When the moment comes, they leave behind three bullet-riddled corpses. They flee and reach the Uruguayan shores in a boat with Fontana, the leader of the gang, and Cuervo, its fourth member. Hidden in an apartment in Montevideo, the days pass while they wait for the new IDs they need to safely cross the border with Brazil. But the forgery takes longer than expected. Buried in the apartment with no chance to go out, tension mounts...
