Rosaria, mother of five boys, goes to Milan to live with her eldest son, leaving her controlling family behind. The boys stumble into low-wage jobs, and boxer Simon even meets a girl. The only problem is that she has just robbed the place where older brother Rocco works. But the siblings become rivals for the girls attention, sparking off a battle that will end in tragedy.
