When Isabel Darden, an attractive and successful young house decorator, grows tired of hearing, “So when are you going to get married?” she decides to honor the person she loves the most, by tying the knot… with herself.
What Isabel doesn’t bank on is meeting her contractor’s handsome son, Colin. At first she assumes he won’t live up to her standards, but after a few dates it begins to dawn on her that he may be a better life-partner than the one she’s already planning to marry!
