Investigating a series of shocking murders in a wealthy neighborhood, Detective Kate Logan and her partner set up surveillance in the home of a businessman and his beautiful young wife, Chloe.
During the stakeout, they soon realize the wife lives in fear of her domineering husband. Ignoring her partner’s warnings, Kate becomes friend with Chloe.
