Quentin comes to meet his son Arthur at the campsite. When he shows up, he enters the wrong bungalow and ends up face to face with a lovely, shy lady named Julie. It seems to be love at first sight, but Quentin runs away. Tom finds out that Quentin is illiterate. How could he admit that to Julie, a literature professor? He happens to run into Helene, an old flame who has also come camping there. Is she really there by coincidence?
Meanwhile, Caroline is waiting for her daughter Emilie and her boyfriend, who she plans to marry. But Emilie shows up alone and in tears. He has left her. She asks her best friend and confident Clement to join them. But she doesn't know that Clement (Léo Romain) and Caroline have been having a love affair for the past six months and can't figure out how to break the news to her.
