Three city women witness a murder and flee with a key piece of evidence. They manage to lose the killers by boarding a chartered bus at a farmers' demonstration. Dropped off in a small town, deep in the French countryside, they must pose as farmers to hide out and stay alive.
While working through their issues with each other, the three urbanites awkwardly pose as rustic gals, which is everything they're not.
But as the killers close in on them, they are confronted with challenges that might just change their lives forever...
