Stress is running high at the offices of Aquastar, the luxury swimming pool company. Management secretary Helen has just realized that the boss has emptied the company's bank account and gone off to some tropical island! Helen, a single mom, simply can't afford to be unemployed, so, with the blessings of the boss' wife, she and her coworkers, including the attractive Gerard, come up with a plan: Helen will pose as the company's CEO. A somewhat perfect solution, with plenty of potential for disaster...
But just as Helen saves the company from bankruptcy in the nick of time, with an ingenious eco-friendly pool concept, the real boss resurfaces!
